I am Paul Mastbaum, and together with my wife Eva we run MASTBAUM TREE SERVICE LLC. It is a family-owned and fully insured business that offers tree care for and from a long term perspective. Trees are Life. Trees take care of us in many ways. It is up to us to give them the care they need, in an environmentally responsible way.

It is said that my ancestors earned the name 'Mastbaum' (ship mast tree) through generations spent tending the forests for the harvesting of ship masts. The trees gave us a living and a way of life, and it became our name and tradition. I am grateful to be able to follow in the footsteps of my forefathers and in doing so to give back to the trees. 

My vision is simple: I feel my work should be in service to both trees and people. Moral, ethical and aesthetic tree work that is rooted in science and based on melding the needs of the trees with the wishes of the clients.

I have ample experience working for a large company in the Twin Cities and have had extensive training in the US and abroad. I offer high quality work, while operating on a lower budget, which translates to reasonable prices for you!
